About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home, school, and clinic settings. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior ABA experience
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings
