MN Care Services is looking for skilled behavior support staff who go beyond basic caregiving—professionals who understand behavioral principles, value consistency, and take ownership of their role in supporting individuals with complex needs. The Behavior Technician provides respectful, compassionate, and individualized support to people with diverse behavioral, developmental, and/or mental health support needs in home-based settings. Support may be provided to children, adolescents, or adults.
