About The Position

The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) provides direct 1:1 support to clients by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clients across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, preschools, clinics, and community environments. During training, BTs/RBTs work a dynamic schedule with exposure to multiple clients and settings. After training, permanent client assignments are provided.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in a direct care human services role

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support in individual and group settings
