The Behavior Technician provides one-to-one support to children and adolescents in their homes or in a clinic. The role uses play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, follows behavior plans designed by a BCBA, tracks progress, and documents session notes. The technician also communicates with supervisors and the scheduling team. No ABA experience is required. The employer provides paid, hands-on training and ongoing support, including weekly one-to-one support from experienced trainers and monthly skill-building trainings. Training supports employees who want to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and the position offers a path for career growth and promotions. The work environment is described as supportive and team-oriented. The schedule is an afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours and availability needed after school hours. Employees must be available at least four days per week; occasional weekend availability may be requested. The role requires travel within a 15–20 mile radius. Salary is $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
