About The Position
The Behavior Technician / ABA Para role involves working with a child through play-based, hands-on activities to help them learn important life skills, grow, and gain confidence. A typical day may include building with LEGO, making art, playing with toys and games, being creative and silly, and celebrating the child's progress. Training and guidance may be available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Love working with kids.
- Bring patience, kindness, and positive energy.
- Enjoy hands-on activities rather than sitting at a desk all day.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience.
- RBT certification.
