About The Position

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in an on-call capacity. This position is perfect for someone who wants flexibility and enjoys stepping in to support clients when coverage is needed. On-call staff do not have a set schedule and are not required to be available at all times or paid for availability, but will be contacted to help cover staff call-outs, absences, or additional client needs. You’ll work directly with children, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with starting an education.
• Must be able to be on time and fulfill job requirements.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.
• Follow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication.
• Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.
• Assist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.
