About The Position

This role involves teaching children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions, often through fun games or activities. You will be a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories. The position requires you to stay active, moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. You will also be responsible for tracking what you worked on and how your client performed, with training provided. Additionally, you will support families as part of a team that helps them see real progress and hope.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to pass background and health checks
Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
