About The Position

Heredia Therapy Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. This role involves implementing behavioral intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working in clients' homes and community settings, and occasionally in a clinic. The BT will also be responsible for collecting data on client progress, assisting with parent training, and supporting clinical assessments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid CA driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid auto insurance.
  • Willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
  • Willingness to complete a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • RBT certification.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
