About The Position

Galliant is hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians for individuals passionate about helping others and looking to transition into a rewarding clinical career. This role is ideal for those with experience in child care, daycare, preschool teaching, caregiving, or as a home health aide, as the company provides a fully paid training program. The position focuses on making a lifetime impact in behavioral health by working one-on-one with children with Autism.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a daycare facility, preschool, babysitting, nannying, caregiving, or healthcare assistant role is a plus (but not required!).

Responsibilities

Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
