Behavior Technician (Paid Training)
About The Position
Vibrant ABA is a growing, values-driven ABA therapy company serving children and families across New York State and North Carolina. We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change. You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field. Sessions take place in the community or client homes. Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible. After-school availability required, weekends a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to travel locally
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare.
- ABA experience preferred.
- RBT credential is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a daycare setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect session data and document client progress
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
