360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide meaningful, one-to-one support to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role begins part-time, with a minimum of 15–20 hours per week and at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week. There may be an opportunity to increase to full-time hours depending on center needs and availability. The position targets Visalia and requires openness to travel; mileage is reimbursed when a client is more than 20 miles away. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; some morning availability is desired for 2–3 weeks of training. Pay is $20–$23 per hour based on experience and education, with additional pay for weekend shifts and company-observed holidays. Behavior Technicians implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, support clients’ skill development and quality of life, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues. They are expected to follow HIPAA requirements, mandated-reporting obligations, and company policies. The employer offers paid training, career pathways, a consistent schedule, center activities and team events, and reimbursement for mileage and phone expenses.
