Buzz ABA is hiring dependable, energetic people to work one-on-one with children with autism as Behavior Technicians during afternoon hours Monday through Friday. No ABA or behavioral health experience is required. If you have worked in retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, childcare, camps, recreation, coaching, education, or another people-focused job, we strongly encourage you to apply. A Behavior Technician works directly with children with autism to help them develop important communication, social, play, independence, and daily-living skills. We will teach you the ABA-specific skills you need to succeed. We care much more about your reliability, personality, attitude, and ability to learn than whether you have worked in ABA before.
