About The Position

Coyne & Associates has been making a difference in the lives of children for over 20 years. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life. You will track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful. Additionally, you will coach caregivers to help them integrate ABA principles into everyday moments. Coyne & Associates is committed to providing hands-on training and a supportive team environment led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education)
6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
A car with a license and insurance
