About The Position

The Behavior Technician provides one-to-one support to children and adolescents in home or clinic settings. The role uses play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills, follows behavior plans designed by a BCBA, and tracks progress through session notes. The position includes hands-on paid training and ongoing support, with opportunities to work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and to advance in the company. The schedule is an afternoon shift with flexible hours, requiring availability after school at least four days per week. Occasional weekend availability may be requested.

Requirements

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate.
• Enjoy working with children and being active and engaging.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
• Available for afternoon hours after school at least four days per week.
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested.

Nice To Haves

• ABA or RBT experience is a plus but is not required.
• Spanish-speaking.
