About The Position

You will be a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories. The role requires you to stay active, moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. You will also be responsible for tracking what you worked on and how your client performed, with training provided for this task. Additionally, you will support families as part of a team that helps them see real progress and hope.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED completed
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to pass background and health checks
Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
6+ months of applied behavior analysis experience
