About The Position

We are looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) who is patient, positive, and celebrates small wins for children. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role offers strong clinical mentorship, career pathways into leadership, and a collaborative culture. Teammates will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with support from mentors and peers.

Requirements

Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
Resilience and compassion
Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Nice To Haves

Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services
Experience with children is a plus

Responsibilities

Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
Building skills through play, connection, and presence
Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
Creating a safe, positive environment for every child
Preparing for RBT certification exam within the first 45 days
