About The Position

Launch your career in behavioral health with Galliant! As an Entry Level Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism, running individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. This role involves using a tablet to collect session data and writing clear, objective daily progress notes. Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
• Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
