Behavior Technician (Part-Time/Evening Shift, $19–$21/hr)
About The Position
Double Care ABA is seeking motivated professionals passionate about providing the best possible ABA therapy to families. We are looking for individuals who are creative, can coordinate services rapidly, and are focused on quality performance and rewarding results. This is a part-time, evening shift position with flexible hours, offering a great entry point into the ABA/psychology field. Opportunities to grow hours over time are available. The role involves providing 1:1 support during home sessions, following structured behavior plans, tracking and recording basic session data, and building positive relationships with the child and family.
