About The Position
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ashland, OH. This role involves working 1:1 with children using individualized ABA treatment plans to teach communication, daily living, and social skills. You will also collect data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and support families through parent training and consistent communication. The work environment is the client's home, requiring comfort in going into client homes and neighborhoods.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, OH
- Must pass a background check
