At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we are seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This role offers meaningful work that changes lives, providing training, support, and mentorship for those starting their careers or exploring the field of ABA. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. ABA is an evidence-based approach that supports children in learning skills for greater independence. Through personalized, engaging sessions, you will use positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to strengthen skills and help children navigate challenging behaviors. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
