About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking passionate individuals to join their therapy team. This part-time evening position focuses on assisting people in reaching their highest level of independence through customized treatment plans. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. Current availability needs are Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm, with 2-15 hours per day. The service areas include Fontana, Highland, Moreno Valley, Riverside, San Bernardino, and surrounding cities. Medical benefits are available for those who qualify.

Requirements

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and insurance
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
Track client progress and program data
Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
