Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is growing its team of Behavior Technicians and is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals who are ready to learn and make a difference. Through paid training, mentorship, and support from our clinical team, you’ll develop the skills needed to provide quality ABA services. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping each client strengthen communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them strengthen communication, social, behavioral, play, self-help, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
