About The Position

We are hiring a Behavior Technician to join our team. This role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans for a 4-year-old male client with moderate-to-severe behavioral challenges. The client is verbal and highly communicative. The position requires direct, in-person sessions in the client's home in Putnam Valley, New York. The technician will track data, reinforce positive behaviors, and manage both high-fives and challenging situations. The role is designed for individuals who are patient, adaptable, and can maintain composure during intense sessions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Patience of a saint who has been highly caffeinated
• Ability to keep a calm, cool head when a session gets intense
• Background in psychology, education, or a lifetime of being the exceptionally understanding friend
• RBT certification status (influences base rate)
