About The Position

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. As a BT, you will be responsible for implementing early intervention plans designed by Program Coordinators to improve the lives of individuals with developmental delays and or disabilities. You will work directly with clients in their homes, schools, and community settings to provide one-on-one therapy sessions and collect data on their progress. Your work will be critical in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Current Driver License and Auto Insurance
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or related field
  • Experience working in a clinical or educational setting
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • RBT certification
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • CPR/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

  • Upon hire completion of an RBT training program
  • Implement early intervention plans designed by Clinical Supervisors
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients
  • Collect data on client progress
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and other team members to ensure effective treatment
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
