About The Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism
- Comfort using tablet-based technology
- Access to reliable transportation, with your name listed as an insured driver preferred.
- A Driver’s License in the state of Arizona (exceptions are active-duty military and college students)
- Commitment to completing our paid virtual RBT training program
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is a plus, including backgrounds such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer—but all applicants are welcome.
- An active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, but candidates with an expired RBT certification do not qualify for the RBT sign-on bonus).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings
- Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our industry-leading training program
- Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth
