About The Position

This position is for a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) who will join a team focused on providing support and services. The role involves working directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans and support their development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collect and record data accurately.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior.
  • Provide direct therapy to clients.
  • Maintain client records and documentation.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding client status.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
