About The Position
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute's West Springfield Center, you will provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You will also collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Reliable transportation (travel is required).
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

- Collect data and track client progress and behavior.
