As a Behavior Technician, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by implementing behavior support plans, skill development programs, and communication strategies that promote positive behaviors, independence, and successful participation in work and community environments. You will be responsible for direct observation, data collection, implementation of behavioral interventions, and staff coaching to ensure consistency and quality across MVLE programs.
