Early Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide personalized, one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–11 with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization emphasizes child-led, assent-based care in a supportive environment. Therapy may take place in a clinic, a client’s home, or another community-based setting. The role involves interactive sessions requiring physical and mental energy. Behavior Technicians follow treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data on client progress, communicate with families and the team, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Technicians receive guidance from experienced BCBAs, supervisors, and mentors; BCBA supervision and training are in person, with no telehealth used. Paid training and opportunities for career growth are offered. Full-time hours may become available as caseloads grow.
