Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required).
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, consistent treatment delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and deliver care with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
