At AccessPoint RI, we believe that every individual has the ability to grow, learn, and succeed when provided with the right support. We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team and help individuals develop the tools they need to navigate daily life with confidence and independence. As a Behavioral Technician/Specialist, you will provide individualized behavioral support to children and adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Working closely with participants, families, clinicians, and support staff, you will implement positive behavioral supports, teach replacement skills, and develop strategies that help individuals achieve meaningful personal goals. This is a highly interactive and rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving challenges, and celebrating progress. You will support individuals in their homes, programs, and communities by helping them strengthen communication, emotional regulation, social skills, daily living skills, and community engagement. Through person-centered approaches and evidence-based interventions, you will play a key role in creating opportunities for greater independence, self-confidence, and quality of life. At AccessPoint RI, our Behavioral Specialists are more than behavior support professionals—they are coaches, mentors, advocates, and partners in growth. If you are passionate about empowering individuals, promoting positive outcomes, and making a lasting impact every day, we invite you to join a team dedicated to helping people reach their fullest potential. Together, we create environments where individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed.
