About The Position

Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians at Autism 360 provide one-on-one, play-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in a structured, center-based environment. In this role, you will work directly with children using individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You will engage learners through guided play, movement, and meaningful interaction, collect session data electronically, complete documentation accurately, and collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team. This is a center-based position only. There are no in-home sessions, evenings, weekends, or major holidays.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification or prior experience working as a Behavior Technician in ABA (for RBT path).
• Ability to implement treatment plans and collect accurate behavioral data.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transition between positions throughout the day.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (for BT Trainee path).
• Willingness to complete paid training and earn RBT certification within 90 days of hire (for BT Trainee path).
• Comfort working in an active, hands-on environment with children (for BT Trainee path).
• Openness to coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development (for BT Trainee path).
