About The Position

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Raleigh! Join our team and support children and families throughout the greater Raleigh area. We're looking for compassionate, dependable team members who want to make a meaningful impact while building a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We work with your availability, location, and experience to help build a caseload that fits your schedule, with opportunities to grow as additional hours and cases become available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have completed the 40-hour RBT coursework, be currently enrolled, or be willing to complete training provided by Connect n Care ABA
Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment
Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Passion for working with children
Ability to complete required certifications and training, including First Aid
Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and accurately record client data
Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
