Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort working with children.
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks.
- Completion of E-Verify as required by USCIS.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
- Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
