About The Position

Precious Care ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians / RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. This role involves implementing treatment plans, teaching essential life skills, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs and families to help children communicate, build independence, and develop life-changing skills. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, energetic, and eager to make a visible difference in the lives of children.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation to client homes

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
