Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in X, OH. This is a part-time, in-person role where you will work 1:1 with children using individualized ABA treatment plans, teaching communication, daily living, and social skills. You will also collect data, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and support families through parent training and consistent communication. This job operates in a client's home environment, and employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in X
- Must pass a background check
