HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinics in Hampton, VA or Newport News, VA! Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available! Compensation: Hourly rates between $21-$26/hour with opportunities to earn more! Requirements

  • Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification OR have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course!
  • Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent
  • have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills!
