Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Savannah, OH. This is a part-time position, working approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to teach communication, daily living, and social skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data, collaborating with supervising BCBAs, and supporting families through parent training and communication.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Savannah, OH.
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
