Requirements

High School Diploma
Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
Applicants who are not yet RBT-certified must complete the RBT coursework and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress)
6+ months of experience working with children

Responsibilities

Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals.
Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates.
Collaborate closely with your clinical supervisor to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every child.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your fellow team members.
