About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism at our new Swansea Center. We are dedicated to making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families affected by autism. We provide education and training support, including opportunities to gain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials with guidance and financial assistance. Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• M-F Availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• College coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting.
• Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
• Provide ABA treatment in partnership with families affected by autism to foster a more joyous life.
