About The Position

Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Columbus, GA! Schedule: Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week) afternoons 3:00pm-6pm Compensation: Hourly rates between $22-$26/hour Comprehensive Benefits packages: Full-Time benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, paid CEUs, and more! Responsibilities The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course
  • No certification yet? We provide training and support to help you get certified
  • Hands-on CPR Certification required
  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Reliable transportation required
  • MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
  • Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities

Nice To Haves

  • Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred
  • Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
  • Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
  • Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation
