No experience in ABA? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up and support you through earning your RBT certification — all you need to bring is heart, energy, and a genuine desire to help kids succeed. Who We Are Axis Therapy Centers is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic where BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists work side by side every day. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact
- Patience, energy, and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, but not required — we’ll train you!)
- Ability to engage in the physical demands of a hands-on pediatric setting — floor play, movement, and more
Responsibilities
- Working directly with kids to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Supporting positive behaviors and guiding children through challenges with patience and consistency
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
- Tracking and recording client progress so the team can celebrate growth and adjust support when needed
- Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary team
- Attending regular trainings so you always feel confident and prepared in your role
