EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Behavior technicians are responsible for providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. This role involves implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as written by the BCBA, collecting and graphing data using an online data collection system (CentralReach), and completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of active employment. The position also includes participating in and completing recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator (compensated at a training rate), and using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
