About The Position

Kaleidoscope ABA is looking for Behavior Technicians to join our center in Fairfax, VA! We want YOU to be part of helping us make a difference! Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA. The behavior technician will follow individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child and the family.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have one year of full-time equivalent experience providing ASD treatment services.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years.
• Successful completion and maintenance of Safety Care Training.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable means of transportation, if using own vehicle, must have valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child and the family.
