Behavior Support Technician
About The Position
This role is for a Behavior Support Technician who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families. The position involves working with children to help them fulfill their goals and dreams, enjoying problem-solving, and finding creative solutions to challenging situations. The organization is mission-based and culture-focused, valuing its employees. This is a full-time position with 4-day weekends, involving afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends. The role is within a pediatric, inpatient location and offers a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. LifeScape fosters inclusion, collaboration, learning, and respect, and is dedicated to innovation and professional development. They provide all training needed for the role, from First Aid to individualized care plans to assisting in reducing maladaptive behavior.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for some positions may be necessary.
- All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
