Behavior Support Specialist
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, youth, and families. This role offers a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where the office closes at 12:30 PM every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs, utilizing multiple evidence-based practices that promote a family's strengths. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to high speed secured internet required.

Responsibilities
