About The Position

Join Our STAIRS Program Hiring Event! We are offering On-The-Spot interview screenings for Behavior Support Specialists. The STAIRS program is an innovative residential treatment program supporting children and adolescents with autism and intellectual disabilities. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help individuals reach their goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of clean driving record

Responsibilities
