About The Position

This role supports the Supervised Living Program by assisting the community living supervisor and direct support professionals. The Behavior Support Program Assistant helps train and guide new staff, and supports individuals with disabilities and medical needs in a group home setting. The goal is to promote positive engagement, independence, and meaningful activity for those served.

Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record.
  • Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS or some college courses preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred
  • ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
