DC Prep is a high-performing network of public charter schools serving over 2,100 preschool through 8th-grade students across six campuses. The Behavior Specialist will work alongside special education and student services teams to support students' behavioral, social, and emotional growth. This role involves identifying students needing support, providing in-house services or referrals, conducting individual and group counseling for Special Education students, performing psycho-educational evaluations, developing behavior intervention plans, monitoring behavioral and social-emotional goals, conducting classroom observations, providing ABA Therapy, and supporting students in crisis.
