The Behavior Specialist plays a critical role in providing specialized behavioral support services to individuals across multiple residential and community-based settings. This position is responsible for developing and implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), training and coaching direct care staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and consistent behavioral interventions. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving quality of life through evidence-based behavioral practices and has experience supporting individuals with complex or high-intensity behaviors.
